Kaali (played by Paoli Dam) is a single mother whose disabled son is abducted by human traffickers. Kaali is on the run to save her child while she is struggling the ghost from the past, about how she saved her son last time (season 1).


While Kaali is on the quest to save her son, she gets caught in the middle of a drug cartel war and criminals. While she needs to save the criminals for her own reasons, now the police are confused if Kaali is also a criminal. It is during this whole chaos, Kaali finds her strength and turns invincible against the tough situations. While the story begins with a fretful mother who is worried as to how she can save her son. She now turns into someone who is caught in the middle of the dark world of criminals and is winning it with courage.

Her transformation through each episode is marvelous and Paoli has done a brilliant portrayal of variety of emotions. With season 2 we will also see Chandan Roy Sanyal, Abhishek Banerjee, Vidya Malvade, Rahul Arunoday Banerjee and Parambrata Chattopadhyay in key roles.
