Harleen received immense love and appreciation for her role as Sameera in the romantic web series Broken But Beautiful. Now the actor will be seen as a fierce and relentless army officer who is on a mission.

The season 2 picks up from the season 1, in which Captain Shikha Sharma (played by Nimrat Kaur) is on a search mission. The season 1 was concluded in 10 brilliant episodes, where the story was focused on the tough combat training of army officers. It revolved around Captain Shikha Sharma, the first woman in a combat role in the military and highlighted the patriarchy prevalent in army, just like many other domains. The cast included Juhi Chawla, Atul Kulkarni, Rahul Dev, and Anup Soni in key roles.

While the story runs in the backdrop of army, many women can relate to the struggles of working in a male-dominated workplace. The story covers almost all the aspects of a working woman’s life and how she deals with everything that is served to her because she wants to work.

In an exclusive interview Harleen Sethi also shared how glorious it felt to deliver a role in uniform. She shared on her social media handle a quick teaser of the show saying, “Rarely as a female actor you get a chance to portray strong and fierce characters rooted in patriotism, fearlessness and love for the country and this is the closest I could come to being and feeling one with the Armed Forces.”

The fans are desperately waiting for the release of season 2 and one can easily predict that like season 1, the season 2 will also be a hit.
